Recently DDM Capital was the Corporate Advisor to Alligator Energy Ltd and assisted the company to raise $15m to explore for uranium in the Northern Territory in Australia. The Alligator Energy IPO was oversubscribed and attracted strong retail and overseas and domestic institutional support. Alligator listed on the ASX in early February 2011 at a 15 percent premium.
